Gozo is a great place for diving. It has a shoreline that descends to spectacular depth which provides for many excellent shore diving opportunities. Its most famous dive site is probably near Dwerja Point at Fungus Rock and the Blue Hole. But diving Gozo is divers as there are many dive sites at spectacular caves, rocks, wrecks and arches, with spectacular marine and coral life.

Gozo is more relaxed and quieter than Malta, although tourism is catching up quickly. Its landscape is spectacular with many green hills, kind of like terraced plateaus, rocky cliffs and spectacular caves. Its size is about fifteen times six kilometers with approximately thirty thousand inhabitants. You can enjoy the nice walking tours along its green hills, visit the citadel walls in Victoria or just hang around one of its pristine beaches. Its high season is during the sunny, hot and dry summers while it is not unheard of that water sports, diving and other activities continue during its cooler rainy winters. Water temperatures range from 14 degrees in winter to 25 in summer and are perfect for diving with a wetsuit year around.

Gozo has enough dive shops and diving tours that make it difficult for you to choose from. They bring you to some of the best and amazing dive sites Gozo has to offer. Whether it are spectacular cliffs, amazing caves or some phenomenal wrecks; its marine life and crystal clear waters will be stunning and remain as a memory for always.
